My World

Hi everyone!

The theme for this month’s Where Creativity Meets C9 challenge is ‘one layer card’ and here’s my entry. All stamps are by Concord & 9th. I used several shades of disctress ink to add depth to the map and then embossed it. I stamped the sentiment using the gold Delicata ink – love that shimmer!

How does your garden grow?

Hi There!

The theme for this week’s Casology challenge is ‘grow’ and I immediately thought of this older silhouette stamp from Hero Arts! I paired it with an Essentials by Ellen sentiment and mounted it on panel which I embossed using a fabulous new folder from Spellbinders.

I’m also entering this into the current Blog Named Hero challenge (anything goes).

Cheers!

Hi everyone!

I love the colour combination for this week’s Color Throwdown challenge (red, orange, purple and yellow) and I made this quick card using the sketch from the current Case this Sketch challenge.

I applied distress ink to a Hero Arts background stamp and spritzed it with Perfect Pearls before stamping to give the panel a little bit of shimmer. The word die is also cut from a shimmery cardstock and is by Winnie & Walter.

A Spring Walk in London

Hi everyone!

The theme for this week’s Less is More challenge is ‘spring walk’. I interpreted it a little differently from others….

Although it has been sunny in lovely London recently, many (most?!) spring walks require an umbrella, so I chose this fabulous stamp from Penny Black for my entry and coloured it with my trusty Twinkling H2O’s for a bit of shimmer.
