Hello everyone!!

Well I ended up taking a much longer break than expected – it was just too hot to craft in my craftroom for most of August!

When I saw the September Pinkfresh Studio monthly challenge I just had to play along – the colour combo is so ME! This is actually the first of three cards I made for the challenge over the past few days.

Although I did make cards during the Pinkfresh event in August, I was feeling a bit out of practice so I pulled out one of my favourite ever suites (Garden Medley), lots of inks and got crafty! This is such a beautiful image and an absolute joy to colour.

I loved this card by TaeEun and that inspired me to be brave and cut up my carefully coloured image with used my brand new Celestial Weave coverplate die! I adhered just one layer of card behind the frame and inlaid the negative die cut pieces.

Of course, I could barely bring myself to hide any of the image behind a sentiment but eventually I chose a small sentiment from the August 2025 Create & Connect kit!
