Welcome to Day 26 of LucieG’s Christmas in July 2022! Today I’m playing along in the CAS Colours and Sketches challenge.
I have to admit, I was a little stumped when I saw the sketch but then I suddenly remembered one of my favourite deer dies – the Swift Reindeer by Memory Box. I thought that I used it every single year, but I was shocked to discover I last used him in July 2019! Anyway, for today’s card, I masked off a triangle shape and then blended some Salvage Patina distress ink before lifting some ink off with water. I coloured the deer with distress inks and Twinkling H2O paints and adhered to my card. Finally I added a Mama Elephant sentiment.

Yay – your reindeer is first into the gallery this week Lucie! I love the way you used the sketch (so much so I think I might have to borrow this idea with a deer of my own!)
