The theme for this week’s Less is More challenge is ‘spring walk’. I interpreted it a little differently from others….
Although it has been sunny in lovely London recently, many (most?!) spring walks require an umbrella, so I chose this fabulous stamp from Penny Black for my entry and coloured it with my trusty Twinkling H2O’s for a bit of shimmer.

I finally got round to using this cute Avery Elle Easter image that I have had for a couple of years! Such fun to colour with my Twinkling H2Os! I added a Woodware sentiment and used Lawn Fawn dies to add interest to the background.
I’m entering this into the Seven Hills monthly challenge, the Color Throwdown challenge and also the current AAA challenge (shiny spring).

Another card! Two in one day! This one uses a cute stamp by Penny Black/Elzybells which I cut up to follow the layout for this week’s Freshly Made Sketches challenge.

The cue card for the current Casology challenge is ‘icing’ and here’s my entry! I coloured and older Hero Arts stamp with my Twinkling H2Os and added some stickles to really make it sparkle. Also tried my hand at controlled ink smooshing to add interest to the card base!

The weather has been glorious today and I’ve been gardening – which means no time in my craft room! So here’s another card that I did for my SSS Flickr guest spot. I used a gorgeous new stamp from Penny Black and a die from Simon Says Stamp to create my very first hidden sentiment card.
The current challenge (‘something new’) runs until 13 April – hope you can play along!
