Hello everyone!

My last card for today is the card I made for Day 18 of Simply Graphic’s advent challenge!

This time, we had to include at least one animal so I chose the fabulous SG deer – I just love his antlers, don’t you? I added a few SG berry die cuts and a bit of silvery thread to complete my take.

Hello everyone!

Next up today is the card I made for Day 4 of Simply Graphic’s advent challenge!

A really interesting challenge – to CASE an older summery card by Cecile and convert it into a wintery card! I used a couple of SG dies and mirror cardstock for my take. The sentiment is from a Penny Black set as I don’t have any Simply Graphic stamp sets.

Hello everyone!

First up today is the card I made for Day 19 of Simply Graphic’s advent challenge!

You know how I love a good sketch challenge and this one was particularly interesting because the sentiment was placed above the images! I loved Cecile’s interpretation and decided to stamp three blocks of colour to ground my images. I added a few die cuts and a New Year’s sentiment.

Hello everyone!

Next up today is the card I made for Day 15 of Simply Graphic’s advent challenge!

Another colour combo challenge! The palette was shades of blue and brown plus either gold or copper. I rarely use copper so I pulled out my old pearlescent cardstock an got to work! I loved all the different textures in the challenge graphic so I tried to replicate it by using different cardstocks in my card. I used one of my favourite dies from Simply Graphic – unfortunately it doesn’t cut very well at top so I rarely use it. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp as I don’t have any Simply Graphic sentiments.

Hello everyone!

First up today is the card I made for Day 8 of Simply Graphic’s advent challenge!

A colour combo challenge – always one of my favourites. The palette was kraft, black, white and either gold or silver. I’d usually choose gold but decided to step away from my go-to combo and use silver instead. I used a lovely star stem from Simply Graphic – super simple and CAS but it will be perfect for the recipient I have in mind for this! The sentiment is from an old Clearly Besotted set as I don’t have any Simply Graphic stamp sets.
