It’s Day 5 of LucieG’s Bits Blitz!

I’m so happy to report that EVERYTHING on this card (apart from the glitter bow and dots) came from my bits pile!

However, this card was not easy for me. I find arranging die cut pieces extremely difficult and I spent AGES filling the heart with different permutations of images from the Pinkfresh Studio Bloomscape suite. I’ve started taking photos of each possible design and even when I decided on a way forward, I tweaked it as I assembled it!

I wanted to create floating images so I added a layer of acetate behind the heart window and then mounted the panel onto an acetate card. There’s a LOT of foam tape on this card – definitely not one for the Royal Mail!

It was almost impossible to take photos of this card, but I git there in the end!
