Happy Sunday friends! I’ve had this beautiful stamp set from @thetonstamps for a few months now but really wanted to enjoy the process of colouring it if you know what I mean. Well today was the day! I used the palette from this week’s @colorthrowdown challenge (red, yellow, brown and green). Hello friends! I’m back after a wonderful holiday! Feels like I’ve been away for a month rather than a week, always a sign of a good break I think. I tried to avoid the news and barely looked at IG! Happy Saturday Everyone! I've been struggling with my mojo recently. I was so motivated to create during Christmas in July but all that creative energy seems to have just disappeared this month. To be fair, life has been busy and a little stressful but today I really wanted to create and I barely made one card. 😏 To kickstart my mojo, I played along with the #globaldesignproject which has a colour challenge this week. I chose a fun set by @paperartsy and started to colour! I spent quite a while trying out various designs before settling on this one. I'm still not completely sure about it, but sometimes you just have to stop and tell yourself, 'that's enough'! . Hi Everyone! Well it’s been quite the stressful weekend with various house/garden issues; the atmosphere has not been conducive to creating. And I still have to spend tomorrow waiting for an ‘emergency’ plumber... 😱 But I finally managed to make a card against all the odds today! I'm playing along with #globaldesignproject challenge, which has a CASE the designer challenge this week. I loved the rustic feel of the inspiration card by Janneke de Jong and thought the design was fabulous. I'm so grateful that it provided the inspiration I desperately needed to start creating!
