Hi there!
Today I’m playing along with the colour challenge over at CAS Colours and Sketches using products from Penny Black.
When I saw the colour combo, I immediately thought of using the greys with one of my favourite Penny Black dies – the Wonky Squares background die (51-424). I created two background panels with different grey inks and cut them both with the die, using the frame/outline from the darker panel and inlaying the shapes from the lighter panel.
I then die cut a couple of other inky panels with the Delicate Wings butterfly dies (51-010) and adhered it to my card. I cut the body section again using grey cardstock. The stamped sentiment is from the Banner Sentiments set (30-423).
Thanks for stopping by!

Lucie that bright yellow layered butterfly looks fabulous against the detail of the wonky die, which is a great way to use both greys too. Thanks for playing along with us at CAS Colours & Sketches this week!
