Golden Peach Trees

Happy Saturday everyone!

It’s time for a new challenge over at AAA Cards. We’re a little earlier this week as we are pairing up with the wonderful team over at Less is More for this challenge. The challenge will run for a fortnight and there will be one joint winner but AAA Cards and Less is More will have their own runners-up.

Anyway, the theme for our joint challenge is ‘one layer with a coloured card base’ and our sponsor is Happy Little Stampers.

For my card, I embossed an older image from Magenta Art Stamps with the fabulous Altenew golden peach embossing powder. I added some shading to the base of the trees using a white pencil and also stamped a Clearly Besotted sentiment with white ink. Finally, to anchor my image, I dry-embossed a square frame.

A beautiful and subtle take on the challenge Lucie. I love that delicate gold embossing against your card-base and adding the dry-embossed frame finishes the look to perfection. Just gorgeous.
